Therapy, Coaching & Mentorship for Women in Transition
You’ve checked all the boxes but still wake up with a quiet ache, wondering, “Is this all there is?”
You might be in a job that drains you, a relationship that no longer fits, or a season of burnout that’s lasted too long. You want to change, but you can’t seem to find the energy or courage to take that first step.
You tell yourself: “What if I make the wrong choice? What if I fail? Am I really worthy of something better?” So you stay. You push down the discomfort. You keep going through the motions, hoping one day it’ll get easier.
But deep down, you know the truth: You can’t keep living like this.
The good news? You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t need to have all the answers before you start.
I’m Tamika Lewis, LCSW — therapist, author, and creator of the Tiny Moves™ Framework. I help women move through life transitions with clarity, courage, and compassion using a mix of trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic therapy.
My work is about helping you find your next tiny move — the one that leads you out of fear and back into alignment with who you really are.
Through my Tiny Moves™ process, we explore:
I help you identify small, doable shifts that honor your nervous system and rebuild your confidence — one loving move at a time.
Notice what feels expansive, what feels
tight, and what calls for your care.
Ask compassionate questions that
uncover what’s really holding you back.
Honor your worth, pleasure, and
boundaries as sacred self-respect.
Reclaim your power to choose joy —
even when life feels uncertain
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Coaching sessions can be customized to 50 or 90 minutes.
Most clients meet weekly, especially at the beginning. As progress is made, sessions may shift to biweekly or as needed based on your goals and preferences.
We are currently a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Therapy focuses on healing, emotional support, and mental health concerns. Coaching is more future-focused, helping you set goals, build clarity, and create actionable plans for personal or professional growth.
Yes, we offer secure virtual sessions, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your home.
That’s completely okay. Many people feel unsure at first. We can start with a conversation to explore your needs and see if it feels like the right fit for you, no pressure.
Is there a change that you’re scared to make today? Something new you want to experience? What could you say or do today in the next 60 seconds that could
move the needle? Who might you need to talk to? This workbook will help you
make your first tiny move…
